Small Changes for bigger impacts #BeatPlastiPollution

Like as they say, change begins with you. If you want to make a difference, start with yourself and educate others.
We all know we need to give up plastic and make similar lifestyle changes to help curb the pollution and climate change.

Lets begin with following simple ways

1. Stop asking for plastic straw. Eco friendly straws are available in metal, silicon, bamboo, grass etc.
   
   
   
2. Same goes for Plastic carry bags. Instead carry your own Eco friendly bag to the supermarkets and whenever you step out for shopping.
   
   
   
3. Make a one time investment in Metal bottles and say no to plastic bottles.
   
   
   
4. Switch to Eco friendly sanitary napkins and diapers as chemicals are unsafe for human beings as well as environment.
   
   
   
5. Segregate the waste. It will help recycle the waste and reduce the burden on landfills                
   
    
   
6. Compost kitchen waste and grow a kitchen garden. This will help reduce the amount of waste in the landfills which causes air pollution.
   
   
   
7. Switch to CFL lights.
   
    
   
8. Conserve and save water.
   
    
   
9. Plant Trees. It will curb the amount of carbon in the air. It will also curb soil erosion and provide shelter to wildlife.
   
    
   
10. Travel Eco friendly. Take a direct route, use a bicycle for shorter distances, Carpool or use public transport.
